This 3070L is printing the first page/pages poorly. As pictured below the first page for both jobs are smudged with lines running parallel with the paper path. The lines also shift each time and are generally on the one side. The lines are gone either by the next page or more gradually. Usually 5 or so pages. I've cleaned the corona twice and the glass too. I was thinking it could be the drums but because it fades away after the first page I thought it might be something else. What should I look for? My plan was to swap drums next.

I've been working on KM production for years and have never had to lubricate the drum . If you ever use lubricate you use part number A50UPP0100 - Setting toner number 2. This is a special yellow toner designed for lubricating the transfer belt and transfer belt cleaner blade. Do not use the toner out of the bottle because it has a small amount of developer mixed with it .

Good point.
Yellow toner for older models should be safe too as it has no developer powder in it. I mean C220 and such.

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
Maybe it's because I start working on Mitas back in the day. Drums never came as units, so I got in the practice of priming the blade whenever a drum or transfer belt was replaced. I have never trusted the manufacturer to prime blades. I have a re-closable salt shaker filled with the yellow Konica Minolta priming toner. Tap a little toner on, rotate through a few rotations. That's it.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
