Mr. Synthohol would be very gullible if he handed out his logins to anyone that asked. I am hoping he's a little smarter than that. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Mostafa, you are not being resonable. What did the poster shared information was about. It was to help those who struggle with code interpretation and to have as an aid when troubleshooting. So your statement above does not hold water. Plus, you yourself said you got help in another thread . You are are Technician , not an end user, so you should know that those who have legal access to firmware ect. just cannot share it without some serious thoughts about the consequences.
Hope you understand that and come to your senses . Now post something that encourages others to participate here. Many new and seasoned Techs get plenty of help here, so contribute in anyway you can, if you cannot finiancially , then reply with your knowledge of the trade and it's ups and downs.
